User Research / ADGi Testing Facility

Analytic Design Group Inc. offers a dedicated facility customizable to the environment the user will typically interact with the interface in.

We can set up the interview room to be more like an office environment with a desk and laptop computer or a living room with comfortable seating and a lap desk (if needed).

We have separate interview and observation spaces, as well as a receptionist who will act as test host greeting participants, having them sign the appropriate forms paying the incentive payment.

The facility offers viewing of the test session via television monitor. This is preferable from a user's perspective as large one-way glass mirrors suggest that someone is viewing live while video cameras can be mounted/placed so as to be much less obtrusive.

There are always a minimum of two cameras in the room: one on the interviewee (participant) and one on the interaction being tested. The video feed from each camera is be viewable on a large monitor inside the observation room. Where necessary we can also set up remote viewing.
