Focus groups provide a fast way to elicit a lot of information about your products and your users, at many stages of your product's life cycle.
We use focus groups to:
- conduct initial investigation into user needs and core values to help in product concept phases
- elicit detailed user and/or business requirements prior to redesign of existing products and sites
- evaluate and provide opinions about products or services
The format of the focus group allows for discussions and idea exchange that can produce a wealth of information in a very short time. ADGi has skilled facilitators to conduct the focus groups, and we can conduct them in a face-to-face setting or via a online, virtual group.
ADGi will work with your team to develop the session plan, i.e.
- who should be at the sessions, and how many people will attend each session
- what questions are we going to ask
- what are the key objectives/information to gain from the sessions
Sessions can be recorded, and we also encourage our clients to attend the focus group sessions. ADGi can also do the recruiting for the focus groups if required.
