ADGi is frequently hired to conduct Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) Tests for various mobile devices, including smartphones, data cards, and tablets. We use a rigorous testing approach, reporting on how usable the device is and how enjoyable it is to use. On average, ADGi conducts 25 to 30 studies a year making recommendations for improving both the hardware and software being used during the tests.
