I was in my dentist’s office recently and saw paper signs plastered everywhere in the waiting area - Come follow us on Twitter!
Now, I like my dentist as much as the next person, and I’ve been going there for over 15 years, but the first question that I asked myself was Why on earth would I do that?

The term innovation is often used, in conversations that I’ve been around, to describe product innovation. If you haven’t invented a new product or greatly enhanced a technology, then it’s not called innovation.
